Senior Patient Financial Representative 

LOCATION: Irving, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $20.32 to $21.77 per hour

• Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | 40 hours per week

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | W2

• Start Date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

Support the Revenue Cycle team by resolving patient accounts, reconciling balances, and helping ensure timely reimbursement. Success in this role is measured by accurate account resolution, adherence to revenue cycle standards, and delivering exceptional service to patients, insurance payers, and internal stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolve outstanding patient accounts and balances while meeting quality and productivity standards.

• Research, verify, and update patient and insurance information to support accurate billing and reimbursement.

• Respond to account inquiries by phone, email, and written correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.

• Follow insurance and self-pay billing guidelines while maintaining compliance with payer requirements.

• Document account activity, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with internal departments to achieve timely account resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, patient financial services, medical billing, collections, insurance follow-up.

• Knowledge of insurance billing, reimbursement, account resolution, and third-party payer processes.

• Demonstrated job stability with a minimum of one year in previous roles and residence within a 30-mile radius of Irving, TX.
