IT Systems Engineer
- Coordinate the activities related to IT equipment acquisition
- Ensure the setup and maintenance of IT equipment (installation of operating systems, installation, and configuration of apps etc)
- Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters
- Configure and maintain the local network.
- Provide Level 2 support, working closely with colleagues from Vienna
- Act as local contact for Frequentis Group IT
- Coordinate the annual inventory process for the local subsidiary
- Contribute to Local Physical Security improvements and maintenance
- Offer support for facility management specific tasks
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with setting up and configuring Windows Systems
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Technical knowledge in the networking area
- Good English skills (both written and spoken)
