About the Role
We are working on behalf of a well-established main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of new build projects across residential, schools and healthcare environments.
This is a key role within the business, offering autonomy, variety, and long-term stability with a contractor known for repeat business and strong client relationships.
The Role:
Managing 2–5 live refurbishment projects concurrently
Project values typically ranging from £500k to £1m
Full responsibility from pre-construction handover through to completion
Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain performance
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
Maintaining strong client relationships, particularly in live and occupied environments
Regular reporting to senior management
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with a main contractor
Experience working in residential, education and healthcare sectors
Excellent commercial awareness and programme control
Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary on Offer:
Salary up to £80,000 + car / allowance
