What’s the role?
We’re looking for a CRM Lead – Distribution to shape and deliver our CRM marketing strategy across multiple brands and channels. You’ll lead a talented team to design and execute high-performing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and commercial growth on a global scale.
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy, delivering personalised, data-driven communications across the customer lifecycle.
Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver campaigns that meet ambitious commercial objectives.
Collaborate with Data, Content, Brand, Product, and Trading teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business goals.
Oversee campaign execution, optimisation, A/B testing, and reporting to continuously improve engagement and ROI.
Champion the strategic use of customer data and enhance the effectiveness of our Customer Data Platform (CDP).
You will have ownership of CRM strategy, segmentation, content planning, and performance measurement, ensuring a data-led, customer-first approach that maximises lifetime value and loyalty.
About You:
You are a strategic, commercially minded CRM professional with:
Extensive experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (typically 6+ years) and a proven track record of driving measurable growth.
Expertise in customer segmentation, journey design, and advanced personalisation strategies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
A collaborative mindset, working effectively across complex, matrixed organisations.
Passion for creating meaningful customer experiences and a bias for action.
