A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected and long-established estate agency in the Bridgwater area. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer or Residential Sales Manager to become an integral part of a successful team. Salary is flexible depending on experience, with excellent earning potential.

Our client is a well-known, reputable property agent with strong local presence and a supportive Branch Director with over 38 years’ industry experience. This is a company that values its people, operates with traditional estate agency principles, and maintains a great reputation.
The Role
You will work closely with the existing sales portfolio and will be involved in:
Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
Managing viewings and progressing sales
Growing the branch’s market presence
Delivering exceptional customer service
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
An experienced estate agency professional — currently a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Sales Manager
A proven business winner with a strong track record in sales and instructions
Highly professional, personable, organised and proactive
Driven, loyal and motivated to build long-term success
Able to hit the ground running and perform as a strong all rounder
Lettings experience would be an advantage
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: £26,000–£30,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £29,000 for Senior Neg level, up to £40,000+ for an experienced Sales Manager
