Your responsibilities:
Handle inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and contracts
Assist our customers with all billing concerns, including more complex issues
Collaborate with other departments to optimize internal processes
What impresses us:

Strong communication skills, customer service, and teamwork
Excellent English skills
