We’re looking for an experienced Business Readiness Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a major transformation programme. This is a high-profile initiative that will drive industry wide change and support the transition to a more efficient, customer-focused market.
In this role, you’ll lead and coach a team to ensure operational readiness across the business, working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to embed new ways of working. You’ll help shape customer-centric processes, drive adoption of change, and make sure the business is fully prepared for large-scale transformation.
