Responsibilities
Post payments and denials to patient and insurance accounts
Make contractual adjustments
Transfer copay/coinsurance and deductible balances
Balance and reconcile payments
Organize refund requests
Requirements
High School Diploma
1+ years of Payment Posting experience with Urgent Care, Family Practice, or Hospital
Knowledge of Managed Care Contracts and Commercial Insurances
Experience with payments and adjusting postings
EMR or EHR is preferred
