The Role
You’ll play a key part in supporting the Healthcare and Protection team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:
- Processing policy updates and membership changes on internal systems and with insurers
- Preparing renewal documentation for clients
- Processing internal invoices
- Managing and organising incoming post
- Obtaining online quotes for renewals and new business
- Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed
- Handling accounts queries in collaboration with the finance team
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Proactive and positive approach to work
- Competent IT skills, including MS Office and accurate typing ability
