<strong><u>What You’ll Do:</u></strong><u> </u>
</div><ul>
<li>Deliver high-quality power washing services with a strong focus on customer experience </li>
<li>Identify opportunities and help generate leads while on job sites</li>
<li>Safely operate a 24-ft box truck and professional equipment </li>
<li>Lead a small team in the field and provide hands-on training to ensure quality and safety </li>
<li>Work confidently on ladders and roofs when needed </li>
<li>Take ownership of jobs and ensure excellent results every time</li>
</ul><div><strong><u> What You Bring: </u></strong></div><ul>
<li>Clean driving record (required) </li>
<li>Experience with pressure washing equipment</li>
<li>At least 1 year of leadership experience </li>
<li>Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude</li>
<li>Willingness to work evenings or weekends, as needed</li>
<li>Bonus: Small engine/mechanical experience (higher starting pay possible)</li>
