About the Role

If you are someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with brands nationally and internationally, then this is the role for you. One of our key clients is looking to recruit a first-class Account Manager / Estimator. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in account management, preferably within the large format sector, although we may consider other applications should your Account Management skills be sufficiently high, well demonstrated and transferrable. Acting as the main point of contact between the client and production team, you will be self-assured, confident, and show a high calibre of communication skills, forming fortuitous working relationship key stakeholders. You will be expected to take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish. • Estimating and quoting using Tharstern • Manage projects and liaise with clients over the phone • Provide general office support • Previous experience / knowledge of signage is required • Providing excellent customer service and build rapports with clients.
