Power Platform Support Engineer Up to £45,000 | Fully Remote | Microsoft Partner You know your way around Power Platform and SharePoint, not just how they work, but how to make them work better. Whether you're helping a client build smarter workflows, supporting a Power Automate solution, or solving a SharePoint permissions issue, you're the person people rely on to keep things running smoothly. This is your chance to join a growing Microsoft Partner and IT consultancy, supporting customers across a range of Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions, all in a fully remote role with plenty of variety and ongoing learning. Salary: Up to £45,000 Location: Fully remote - work from anywhere in the UK Tech Focus: All about Power Platform and SharePoint Online, the stuff you’re great at Customer-Facing: Build relationships, solve problems, and make a tangible impact Growth: Be part of a specialist Microsoft consultancy that invests in people and development Project Variety: Get exposure to a wide range of industries and solutions - every day’s a school day What you’ll be doing: Supporting external customers across Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps Troubleshooting SharePoint Online issues, including site config, access, permissions, and workflows Helping customers optimise existing solutions or create new ones that improve business processes Providing clear technical guidance to both technical and non-technical users Logging, owning, and resolving tickets through to completion Collaborating with the wider technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues Sharing best practices and contributing to internal knowledge bases What you’ll bring to the table: Strong experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online Confident working directly with customers in a remote support or consultancy environment Great communication skills, you can explain things clearly without the waffle Solid understanding of Office 365 administration and how it connects to Power Platform A methodical, problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn fast Bonus points if you’ve worked for a Microsoft Partner or consultancy before If you’re looking for a remote role where you can focus on the tech you love, and support customers who actually value your input, this could be the one.
