<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style=", geneva">Integra People are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business for an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company during a period of sustained growth, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the private and public sectors.</span></p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style=", geneva">Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take responsibility for managing the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring effective cost control and delivering value throughout the project lifecycle.</span></p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style=", geneva"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<li><span style=", geneva">Prepare procurement schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Manage subcontractor accounts, including negotiation, valuations, and payments</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Produce accurate financial reporting including CVRs, cost forecasts, and analysis</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Identify and manage financial risks to ensure projects remain within budget</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Lead final account preparation, including variations and contractual claims</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Monitor project progress, performance, and expenditure to maximise efficiency</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style=", geneva"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li><span style=", geneva">Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Relevant industry qualification (Level 4 or above)</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Strong communication and relationship-building skills</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Excellent organisational and time management abilities</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">High attention to detail with strong numerical and written skills</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Proficient in Microsoft Office packages</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Full UK driving licence</span></li>
</ul>
