<span><span><span>A privately held, growing manufacturing company backed by a global parent organization is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join its finance leadership team. This role will be highly visible and hands-on, supporting day-to-day financial operations while helping modernize processes and systems as the business continues to grow.</span></span></span><br />

<span><span><span><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span><span>Support the Controller in overseeing all accounting and financial operations, including month-end and year-end close, AR/AP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to a foreign parent company</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Manage the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial statements</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Prepare financial reports, cash flow forecasts, projections, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Lead financial planning, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning activities</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Supervise and develop an accounting team of three reports</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Maintain oversight of payroll-related functions, including benefits, 401(k), and insurance coordination</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Partner with department leaders to support sound financial decision-making and resource allocation</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Identify and implement process improvements and financial best practices</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Play a key role in ERP modernization and automation initiatives</span></span></span></span></li>

<span><span><span><b>What We’re Looking For:</b></span></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Proven people leadership and team development experience</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively across time zones</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Comfort working in a more manual accounting environment while helping drive future automation</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Manufacturing or similar industry experience is a plus (cost accounting not required)</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>ERP experience preferred (legacy systems, NetSuite, or similar); experience with system implementations is a plus</span></span></span></span></li>
