  • Manage a team of tax professionals and oversee seasonal staff

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor bank account balances across multiple entities, forecast cash needs, and ensure the organization has enough liquidity to pay bills, invest in growth initiatives, and meet financial obligations
  • Execute wires, ACH transactions, and intercompany transfers while following established internal controls and approval processes
  • Track loans, lines of credit, and debt schedules, monitor borrowing capacity, and help leadership understand the company's financial commitments
  • Compare bank activity with accounting records, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all cash transactions are recorded accurately
  • Administer online banking access, maintain fraud controls, assist with covenant reporting, and coordinate with banking partners as needed
