The targeted budget for this position is $24/hour. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.   What you’ll do:    <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Execute quality assurance best practices to ensure products meet Brilliant Earth’s high-quality standards.    </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform finishing and cleaning for fine jewelry products, including rhodium plating, ultra sonic and steaming.   </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Adhere to guidelines to ensure gemstones and metals are handled properly.    </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform data entry in our ERP/MES systems, ensuring accurate product tracking in the system.   </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Meet daily processing timelines and quotas.   </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate and work cross-functionally with other teams, providing updates on status, issues and concerns.    </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain the workspace in a clean, organized and efficient manner.    </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Adhere to product security and safety protocol and procedures.  </li> </ul> What You Have:   <ul> <li>Experience physically working with Jewelry and knowledge of Jewelry production / manufacturing processes.   </li> <li>Computer skills and ability utilize MES/ERP systems    </li> <li>Highly organized with a focus on execution and exceptional attention to detail   </li> <li>Exceptional time management skills and accountability   </li> <li>Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment   </li> <li>Team player with demonstrated communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.   </li> <li>Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products   </li> <li>Ability to safely access the workspace, which requires walking up 1 flight of stairs   </li> <li>B1 level English Proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) </li> </ul> What We Offer   At Brilliant Earth, we’re passionate about the employee experience.
