We offer great benefits, a 9/80 work schedule, and career advancement. <br /><strong><br />JOB SUMMARY<br /></strong><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all aspects of a product&#8217;s success, from initial concept through market introduction. This involves facilitating communications between multi-functional team members, suppliers, customers and prospects, regulators, and management to ensure timelines and budget goals are met, and the product can be manufactured per required quality guidelines.</span><strong><br /></strong><strong><br />SALARY <br /></strong>$100k- $140k (commensurate with experience)</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<br /></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Symbol"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Leads cross-functional teams in the development and sustaining of power amplifier products utilizing a formal process.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Participates in the business case justification, evaluates marketing and sales requirements, prepares technical requirements, conducts ROI analysis, and recommends direction to executive management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Creates comprehensive Program and/or Project Plans and executes programs/projects per approved scope, schedule, and budget. Justifies and communicates changes promptly.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Communicates with external stakeholders such as technical OEMs and end users; and internal stakeholders such as design engineers and senior management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Schedules and leads team meetings, and ad hoc meetings, as required, in coordinating project activities and managing project issues.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Manages project communications including meeting minutes, monthly updates, communications meetings, and project Phase Reviews.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Prepares functional specifications, establishes design standards, and develops program and/or project schedules.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Collaborates with the procurement department to evaluate &#8220;make vs. buy&#8221; decisions and to identify optimal suppliers.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Provides support to the regulatory certification process with the Analogic Compliance and Regulatory Affairs organization.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Leads the Program decision-making process and brings closure to open issues.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Maintains current program review documentation and provides frequent progress reports to senior management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Assists in project team member career and professional development.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Contributes to the creation and management of long-term business goals.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS <br /></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">5+ years of program management experience with the development of electro-mechanical capital equipment products</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">Hands-on development experience with X-ray imaging systems, MR power subsystems, and software a plus</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">Must understand a broad range of business skills including market analysis, sales and marketing, accounting, communications, and regulatory matters</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Strong leadership and analytical skills to assess situations and drive decision-making</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> MS/BS in engineering, or a science discipline; PMI certification is a plus</span></li> </ul> <p>The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity in our workforce.
