We're looking for an ambitious and driven commercial leader who can deliver continued success with multiple grocer customers. You'll take control of a small commercial team and also lead NPD and supply chain functions to deliver sustainable growth.

It's a great role for people who are looking to take on more people management and diversify their experience.

The business operates on tight margins in a living crop, and the role would suit someone who can get into the detail, whilst managing the team to ensure margins are maintained. The customers are demanding of the category, and it takes a very collaborative approach to make the products deliver.

Due to the nature of the products being a living crop and the diverse people management element of the position, it will require someone to be office-based.
