Your journey as an official UNITY team member starts after the interviews. During pre-onboarding - the days before you start - you will get to know your mentor, who will guide you through the initial period and the extensive UNITY career development system. Your first development steps as an official UNITY team member start after the interviews in preboarding. The official onboarding process begins on your first day at work. The graphic shows you what your (pre-)onboarding can look like as an example: Look forward to our onboarding event A highlight of your onboarding is the BootCamp. At this 3-day introductory event, you will learn everything you need to know about our service portfolio, get to know the other new UNITIES better and have the opportunity to make contact with our Executive Board and some managers. In the framework of regularly occurring career development meetings, you have the opportunity to actively shape your individual development. Based on your personal interests and strengths, you will follow one of our multi-track career paths, which also allow you to switch between career paths. For example: As a Senior Consultant, you can immerse yourself in the areas of leadership (team leader role) or business (area) development as well as other areas.
