Audio Visual Specialist

<p><em>n</em>Logic is hiring for an&nbsp;<strong>Audio Visual Specialist</strong>&nbsp;to classroom and event-based audiovisual operations for Army training environments at Fort Lee, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award.<br><br>This role ensures reliable operation, troubleshooting, sustainment, and inventory support for AV systems. This is a fully on-site role at Fort Lee, VA.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide daily operational and sustainment support for classroom audiovisual equipment</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve AV equipment, hardware, connectivity, and system issues</li> <li>Support AV setup and execution for training sessions, classroom operations, briefings, meetings, and special events</li> <li>Maintain and track audiovisual equipment inventory</li> <li>Support cabling, CAT6 environments, signal flow diagrams, classroom AV configurations, and related AV infrastructure</li> <li>Support VTT, VIAMS, classroom technology, and visual information support activities where applicable</li> <li>Ensure AV systems are functional, properly configured, and ready for instructional and mission use</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>An active, in-scope Secret Security Clearance is required for this position</strong></li> <li>Two (2)+ years relevant experience in audiovisual operations and maintenance</li> <li>Experience supporting AV equipment, troubleshooting, setup, sustainment, and inventory</li> <li>Experience with cabling, CAT6 environments, signal flow concepts, classroom AV systems, or related audiovisual infrastructure</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and responsiveness in support environments</li> <li>Ability to support end users, instructors, government stakeholders, and special event requirements in real time</li> <li>Familiarity with Army or DoD training environments, classroom technology, VTT, VIAMS, or similar visual information systems</li> <li>Proximity to and ability to work onsite full time in Fort Lee, Virginia</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Work Conditions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work Model: On-site</li> <li>Travel: Minimal</li> <li>Work Hours: Standard</li> </ul> <p><br>Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Current SECRET security clearance is required for consideration.
