VTC Technologist

<p><em>n</em>Logic is hiring for a&nbsp;<strong>VTC Facilitator</strong>&nbsp;to support secure communications and collaboration for Army operations at Fort Lee, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award.<br><br>This role is responsible for operating, supporting, and troubleshooting video teleconference systems in a secure environment. This is a fully on-site role at Fort Lee, VA.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate and facilitate video teleconference systems supporting mission operations</li> <li>Provide real-time technical support for secure communications sessions, including crypto keying functions where applicable</li> <li>Train users on VTC equipment and usage best practices</li> <li>Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, software, and user access issues</li> <li>Coordinate with IT and network teams to ensure system availability and reliability</li> <li>Support Microsoft Windows-based environments and enterprise collaboration tools</li> <li>Support secure communications operations in accordance with applicable DoD, Army, TRADOC, CASCOM, and local installation requirements</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>An active, in-scope Secret Security Clearance is required for this position</strong></li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or minimum three (3) years of additional related experience supporting Microsoft Office products</li> <li>2+ years experience supporting VTC systems and conferencing technologies</li> <li>Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments, client systems, and enterprise collaboration tools</li> <li>Knowledge of PC architecture, hardware and software configurations, and IT support concepts</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills</li> <li>Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, and related enterprise tools</li> <li>Familiarity with secure communications environments, crypto keying functions, and DoD operational settings</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-facing support experience</li> <li>Proximity to and ability to work onsite full time in Fort Lee, Virginia</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Work Conditions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work Model: On-site</li> <li>Travel: Minimal</li> <li>Work Hours: Standard</li> </ul> <p><br>Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Current SECRET security clearance is required for consideration.
