<p>We are seeking a Technical Liaison to serve as the <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">primary operational interface between Security Operations (SecOps) and the State Lead. This position leads proactive cyber defense operations by integrating threat intelligence, advanced threat hunting, incident response, and security operations into a unified operational capability aligned with state mission objectives</span></p>
<p>The Director will:</p>
<ul>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Coordinate with state entities to strengthen statewide cyber readiness and operational awareness</span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Develop and lead enterprise threat hunt programs, operationalize intelligence into actionable detections, support coordinated cyber response efforts, and enhance collaboration between government, industry, academia, and critical infrastructure partners</span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Ensure the organization can effectively “SEE the threat, DECIDE, and ACT” within a unified cyber defense framework across state cyber terrains</span></li>
<li>Act as both strategic liaison to state leadership and operational units and leader for collaborative threat hunt and cyber defense initiatives</li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Lead advanced threat hunting operations across enterprise environments</span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Align SOC operations with state frameworks and reporting standards</span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Ensure compliance with state and federal information-sharing protocols</span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Coordinate cyber incident response activities with state and external partners</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum requirements: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or a degree in a related field is preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 12 years of experience of progressive IT/Cyber experience. </li>
<li>Possess applicable industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM.</li>
<li>Must be able authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and be able to successfully pass a background check </li>
