<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black;letter-spacing: .2pt;border: none windowtext 1.0pt;padding: 0in">Job Summary of the Efficiency Engineer: </span></strong>The Efficiency Engineer is accountable for refining manufacturing and business procedures using Lean principles, time studies, standard work, and structured issue solving. This role encourages and propels improvements. This role acts as a cultural influencer for continuous enhancement and operational greatness and will spend a significant amount of time on the production floor collaborating with teams to execute practical improvements. This position necessitates a practical, team-minded individual who collaborates effectively with operators and supervisors and aids teams in implementing genuine, long-lasting improvements. This role anticipates spending roughly 50–70% of the time on the production floor and the rest assisting improvement projects, data analysis, and standard work development.</p>

<ul style="margin-top: 0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal">Devote substantial time on the production floor examining processes, pinpointing waste, and executing improvements</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Guide and back Lean and continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen events</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Conduct time studies and support in formulating standard work, SOPs, and process documentation</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Aid in structured issue solving and corrective actions (A3, 8D, root cause analysis, etc.)</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Back workflow, layout, and efficiency enhancement projects</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Monitor and report continuous improvement projects and quantifiable outcomes</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Assist in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and pragmatic issue solving throughout the organization</li>
</ul>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black;letter-spacing: .2pt;border: none windowtext 1.0pt;padding: 0in">Education & Experience Requirements of the </span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black;letter-spacing: .2pt;border: none windowtext 1.0pt;padding: 0in">Efficiency Engineer:</span></strong></p>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal">3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, production engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar position</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Process Engineering</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification desired</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Experience working in an ISO 9001 setting preferred</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Experience working in a manufacturing environment supporting production, quality, engineering, or process improvement activities</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Comprehensive understanding of Lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving methods</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Capability to observe processes, identify waste, and assist in implementing practical improvements</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Proficient communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization. Must be approachable, helpful, and capable of building solid relationships with floor workers.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Capability to prioritize work based on business impact and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision</li>
