Compliance Business Partner- London/South
The compliance department plays a critical role in ensuring the company operates with integrity, transparency, and in line with regulatory requirements. As a trusted business partner, we work closely with Senior Management and leadership teams, providing expert guidance on how to achieve corporate objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Our primary responsibility is to assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential areas of risk that may impact the business. We actively monitor key processes, policies, and practices to ensure that remains compliant with all relevant regulations and industry standards. This helps safeguard the interests of our clients, employees, and stakeholders, while ensuring that we consistently deliver positive customer outcomes.

The role of Compliance Business Partner provides additional senior compliance resource to the Senior Compliance Manager across all aspects of Compliance. You will work directly with employees and management across company offices, Specialisms and Group companies, providing guidance, support, and advice on compliance requirements, policies, and procedures to meet the Group’s standards.
While this role does not have line management responsibilities, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the Group, influencing decision-making and embedding a culture of compliance.
You will help promote continual improvement in customer outcomes, implement and embed policies and procedures to guide how we work, and provide proactive, constructive advice on compliance and related matters.
