<p><strong>What Impact You'll Have</strong></p>
<p>GRVTY is seeking a Technical Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (TechFISINT) Course Developer-Instructor to deliver course development and instruction.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p>
<p>The TechFISINT Training Content Developer-Instructor will be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Providing engineering analysis and technical support and resolving tasks to completion.</li>
<li>Processing of data using mapping tools, algorithms, intelligence reports, and display tools.</li>
<li>Identifying out-of-the-ordinary telemetry formats.</li>
<li>Conducting FISINT signals analysis using particular computer software and hardware.</li>
<li>Analyzing of telemetry data to determine basic level of understanding of system performance characteristics, and capabilities.</li>
<li>Using FISINT terminology and documentation of cohesive analytic findings in accordance with SIGINT and Telemetry Beaconry Analysis reporting standards.</li>
<li>Developing of accurate signal chronologies and determination of relationships between related signals.</li>
<li>Maintaining expertise in TechFISINT.</li>
<li>Soliciting and receiving course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations.</li>
<li>Developing new TechFISINT courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones.</li>
<li>Using good communication skills when working with others in the development,</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p>
<p>A TechFISINT Developer-Instructor candidate will have 2 or more years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development (e.g., military courses, academia or industry classroom (faculty/adjunct), On-the-job (OJT) instruction). Additional qualifications include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area), 4 or more years of TechSIGINT collection, processing, and analysis experience (within the past 10 years).</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following:
<ul>
<li>Python</li>
<li>MATLab</li>
<li>Radio Frequency/Antennas</li>
<li>Software Defined Radio (SDR) framework</li>
<li>Signals Analysis</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph</li>
<li>If the candidate does not have a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area), 6 or more years of TechSIGINT experience (within the past 10 years).</li>
