- Experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and governance of mission-critical IT initiatives supporting semiconductor manufacturing, EUV systems, and engineering environments.
- Deliver high-quality IT solutions that enable operational excellence, maximize system availability, and support uninterrupted fab operations through disciplined Waterfall project management practices.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting EUV systems, semiconductor fabrication plants (fabs), manufacturing execution systems (MES), and engineering platforms.
- Define project scope, business requirements, deliverables, milestones, stage gates, acceptance criteria, and governance frameworks using Waterfall methodologies.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risk registers, and project documentation in alignment with semiconductor manufacturing standards.
- Ensure project execution minimizes operational disruption while maintaining high equipment availability, system reliability, wafer throughput, and production continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, manufacturing engineering, production, automation, infrastructure, and system integration teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage projects involving MES, fab automation, EUV equipment integration, engineering applications, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to production downtime, system availability, data integrity, operational continuity, and manufacturing performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance, cybersecurity, quality standards, change management, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors, system integrators, technology partners, and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Plan and execute structured releases, deployments, and production cutovers aligned with fab schedules to achieve zero-impact implementations.
- Prepare governance reports, executive dashboards, milestone updates, budget tracking, KPI reporting, and project status communications for senior leadership.
- Drive organizational change management, user adoption, knowledge transfer, post-implementation stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects within semiconductor manufacturing, high-tech engineering, or industrial production environments.
- Strong expertise in Waterfall project management methodologies and structured project governance.
- Experience delivering projects involving MES, semiconductor manufacturing systems, fab automation, engineering platforms, or production-critical IT infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, production, business, and IT organizations.
- Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in project budgeting, financial forecasting, vendor management, and contract oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance operational priorities and project objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting capabilities.
- Experience supporting EUV systems, semiconductor fabs, wafer manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), industrial automation, equipment integration, and engineering applications.
- Familiarity with ITIL, change management, release management, and enterprise governance frameworks.
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience working in multicultural, global delivery environments with distributed engineering teams.
- Results-oriented Project Manager with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven ability to manage complex, business-critical initiatives in precision-driven, high-availability environments.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
