About the Role

<p class="MsoNormal">As the QMS Compliance Auditor, your role involves assessing the organization’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) against IATF 16949:2016, internal protocols, and customer-specific standards. You will be responsible for conducting internal and supplier audits, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring constant readiness for certifications and audits.</p>

<li class="MsoNormal">Create and execute internal QMS and supplier audits in line with risk-based strategies and audit schedules.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Formulate audit checklists based on IATF 16949, customer requirements, process maps, and historical data.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Evaluate adherence to QMS requirements, automotive core tools, and customer-specific mandates.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Identify nonconformities, analyze root causes, and establish corrective action plans with clear timelines.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Validate the efficacy of corrective actions through follow-up audits and evidence reviews.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Record audit results succinctly, present findings to stakeholders, and monitor action item closures.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Drive continuous improvement endeavors to minimize process variability, waste, and risk.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Mentor internal auditors, contribute to QMS audit program enhancement, and stay informed on industry updates.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Collaborate with various departments to foster a strong quality culture and ensure compliance during audits.</li>
</ul>
<p class="MsoNormal">Requirements</p>

<li class="MsoNormal">Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a similar field.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">3+ years of quality management and auditing experience in automotive or high-reliability manufacturing.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Thorough understanding of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001, and automotive core tools.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Proven track record in planning and executing audits, along with managing audit programs.</li>
