<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong><br />

Due to continued international expansion, they are looking to appoint a Director to work alongside several departments and a number of key individuals, primarily at Manager to Partner level.<br />
<br />
Your key responsibilities will include:<br />

<li>Source and develop new business opportunities and grow high-value client engagements</li>
<li>Play a key role in shaping and delivering the strategic plan, representing the firm in market forums and industry events</li>
<li>Own and nurture a significant portfolio of outsourcing clients, acting as a trusted advisor</li>
<li>Deliver an efficient, proactive, and client-focused service that exceeds expectations</li>
<li>Work closely with senior leadership to manage team resourcing and staffing priorities</li>
<li>Ensure strong internal collaboration and visibility of client activity across the firm</li>
<li>Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them to build confidence and client management expertise</li>
<li>Spot emerging trends and develop innovative service offerings to meet evolving client needs</li>
<li>Proactively manage risk, ensuring the firm operates safely and sustainably</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION</span></strong><br />
<br />
</p>
<ul>
<li>ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified</li>
<li>A valid practicing certificate (or eligibility to obtain one immediately) is essential</li>
<li>Experience of managing an existing portfolio of clients and also generating new business opportunities</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate a strong commitment and ability to deliver the highest level of client service</li>
<li>Experience of delivering services to internationally expanding groups</li>
<li>A "can do" attitude and willingness to tackle a range of client issues</li>
<li>Strong delivery skills and ability to work effectively to deadlines</li>
</ul>

SALARY</span></strong></p>
<p>c.£90,000-£125,000 pa with excellent benefits including:<br />
