- Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions in alignment with business and HR requirements.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, and solution design documentation.
- Support end-to-end implementation projects, system enhancements, release management, testing, and production support activities.
- Configure and maintain Employee Central components, including: Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, MDF (Metadata Framework) Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Picklists
- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
- Support data management activities, organizational structure maintenance, and employee data administration processes.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, business processes, and SuccessFactors best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users and stakeholders regarding Employee Central functionality and enhancements.
