<p><strong>What Impact You’ll Have:</strong></p>
<p>Tailored Access, a GRVTY Company is seeking Spanish Multi-Disciplined Language Analysts (MDLA) to support Department of Defense/IC missions at Fort Meade, MD. As a Spanish MDLA, you will be responsible for cryptologic language analysis while supporting IC missions that are vital to our national security.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll be Owning:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations.</li>
<li>Demonstrate skills recovering essential elements of information</li>
<li>Render translations and/or transcripts that are complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material</li>
<li>Gist straightforward, factual written and/or spoken material </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Must Have</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance</li>
<li>Level 1: HS diploma + 2 years of experience, Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 2+ in Listening and Reading</li>
<li>Level 2: HS diploma + 6 years of experience or AA/AS + 4 years, Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 3 in Listening OR Reading</li>
<li>Level 3: HS diploma + 14 years of experience or BA/BS + 10 years, Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 3 in Listening OR Reading</li>
<li>Level 4: HS diploma + 19 years of experience or BA/BS + 15 years, Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 3 in BOTH Listening and Reading</li>
