About the Role

Overview <hr> **Candidates MUST be geographically located within 50 miles of Chandler, Arizona and comfortable working 100% on-site in our Chandler warehouse, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Candidates must also be comfortable with up to 20% travel to our Houston, Texas warehouse.** As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ePlus' warehouses in Chandler, Arizona and Houston, Texas including shipping, receiving, inventory and problem resolution. <hr> <h3 style="text-align: center;">Your Impact</h3> <hr> The essential functions of this position include: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee, train, assist and develop the Warehouse staff</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage the personnel and operations for multiple facilities in a super region to ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with ePlus policy</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct new hire and incremental training for warehouse employees in the super region</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct audits on operation procedures to ensure compliance</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee large projects being conducting in the regional warehouses to ensure they are implemented smoothly, on-time, and on budget</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with sales and services to stay abreast of all upcoming projects</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Create, maintain and monitor analysis of inbound/outbound forecast for warehouses in the super region</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Inspect, receive and ship product returns</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Perform shipping and receiving functions</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Track and report warehouse activity levels</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate regular inventories and resolution of discrepancies</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Report shipping information for order invoicing</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and order status requests</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with annual reviews and hiring employees</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain frequent contact with various internal departments and shipping carriers</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Follow ePlus’ performance review process to promote communication, provide useful feedback about job performance and contribute to an employee’s professional development</li> </ul>   As a manager, you are also expected to: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead and guide team members, fostering growth through mentoring, coaching, and development, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Promote an environment of inclusivity and respect, valuing diverse perspectives and encouraging open dialogue among all team members.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate on strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and positive change within the organization.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Cultivate a proactive approach to conflict resolution, striving for amicable solutions and escalating concerns as needed.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3 style="text-align: center;">Qualifications</h3> <hr> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">High School Diploma</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years warehouse management experience</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years’ personnel management experience</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">2+ years’ experience in an Information Technology Warehouse environment preferred</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Current experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS); preferably Körber HighJump</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to adhere to all safety requirements around forklift trucks and hydraulic jacks in a fast-paced warehouse environment</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Willingness to obtain an OSHA Forklift Certification</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Team-oriented</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Solution-focused mentality</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Able to function independently under minimal supervision</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication and organizational skills</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Position involves long periods of standing and lifting items of various weights, shapes and sizes.  </li> </ul> <hr> <h3 style="text-align: center;">Position Specifics</h3> <hr>   The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $100,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses. ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
