<p><strong>What Impact You'll Have</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personnel Security Administrator to support our security operations program. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in personnel security who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.</p> <p>This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with federal security regulations while delivering high-quality experience to employees, candidates, and stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process and manage personnel security actions including background investigations, reinvestigations, and clearance verifications</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records in compliance with applicable regulations</li> <li>Support onboarding and offboarding security requirements for employees and contractors</li> <li>Assist with adjudication tracking and follow-up actions</li> <li>Provide guidance to employees on security processes, requirements, and expectations</li> <li>Ensure compliance with 32 CFR 117 (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual – NISPOM)</li> <li>Respond to internal and external security inquiries in a timely, professional manner</li> <li>Partner with HR, recruiting, and program teams to ensure a seamless employee experience</li> <li>Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Clearace</li> <li>1–2 years of experience in personnel security, security administration, or a related field</li> <li>Working knowledge of 32 CFR 117 (NISPOM)</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li> <li>Customer service mindset with strong communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Would be Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current Secret or Top Secret Clearance</li> <li>Experience supporting government or defense contracting environments</li> <li>Familiarity with security systems such as DISS, NBIS, or similar platforms</li> <li>Basic understanding of clearance processes (Secret, Top Secret, etc.)</li> <li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p id="isPasted"><strong>Why Choose GRVTY</strong></p> <hr> <p>The toughest national security challenges demand vision and ingenuity, not just resources.
