<p><strong>What Impact You'll Have</strong></p>
<p>GRVTY has a position for a Team Lead, Senior Mission Trainer to join our support for the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Ft Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will Own the Outcome for training support and lead a geographically separated team in the daily operations.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<div>Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government</div>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<div>Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Bachelors degree with 5 years' of experience OR Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.</div>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What Would be Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree with 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years OR associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience.</li>
