Working with an owner-operator client, this role offers the chance to shape and define the resident experience from day one, setting the benchmark for modern, community-led rental living. Salary: up to ÂŁ65,000 per annum + Bonus

The Role
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful mobilisation, operation, and ongoing performance of the development. Acting as the on-site leader and brand ambassador, you will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while building a strong sense of community.
You will oversee all aspects of the operation—from leasing and facilities to resident engagement and team leadership—ensuring the asset is maintained to the highest standards and delivers a best-in-class living experience.
