College Bar General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years General Manager experience in a college bar concept
- 4+ years experience working in the college bar scene
- Sales volume of $3M+
- Incredible leadership mentality, leading with integrity and genuine care for others
- Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
- Ability to work late nights
- Must have patience and a teamwork mentality
- Willingness to learn and grow as part of the organization
- Do-whatever-it-takes and outside-the-box mentality
- Must be loyal to staying in Tallahassee and being a part of company growth
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Email, Excel
College Bar General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Previous bartender experience is appreciated
