MFL Teacher - Nuneaton

About the role:

Justteachers is working with a secondary school in Nuneaton that is seeking a full time MFL Teacher to start from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable teacher to join a supportive languages department and deliver engaging Modern Foreign Languages lessons in a well-established school environment.

You’ll teach MFL across KS3 and KS4, support students in developing confidence with language learning, and contribute positively to the wider life of the department. The school offers a welcoming atmosphere, strong behaviour expectations, and a committed staff team focused on high-quality teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the UK national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports progress for learners of all abilities.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs where appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and follow school policies consistently.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the languages team to support planning, progress, and wider school life.

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages in a UK secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A passion for languages and the ability to inspire and engage learners.
• Two relevant references, ideally from educational settings.
