Responsibilities:As a VAT Manager, you will… Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality VAT advisory support. Respond to ad hoc VAT queries from clients, Partners and colleagues across the wider business. Carry out VAT reviews, due diligence work and other consultancy projects independently. Review advice and calculations prepared by junior team members and liaise with HMRC where needed. Requirements:As a VAT Manager, you will need… Strong VAT advisory experience Previous experience within a Practice environment, with confidence working directly with clients. The ability to manage your own workload independently while contributing to a wider team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly in writing and verbally.
