Qualified Social Worker - Review & Extra Care Team £30 per hour | Hybrid Working | Salford Adult Health & Social Care, 1 City Approach, Albert Street, Eccles, Manchester, M30 0BL Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Review & Extra Care Team within Adult Health & Social Care at Salford City Council. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic adult services team, focusing on reviews, extra care housing, and promoting independence through person-centred practice.
