Position: Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer

Location: Norfolk

Duration: Permanent

Salary: up to £42,000 plus travel time, over time, on call allowance and annual bonus

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering Norfolk

This engineer will be covering commercial sites across the region that could include offices, schools, warehouses etc.

The right person for this position will be either mechanical or electrical qualified. Holding a minimum of a level 2 qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (not plumbing)

They must have experience dealing with planned and reactive maintenance that will include plant rooms, ahu's and fan coils, emergency lighting, hot and cold water flushing etc

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Holding a minimum of a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification
• Happy to travel across Norfolk
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong plant room knowledge
• Flexible working attitude
• Able to join the on callrota

Package

• Good basic salary
