If you're a Content Specialist, get in touch!Start Date: ASAPDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: RemoteRate: £350 - £500 per day, on a PAYE ModelProject Summary: The Content Specialist role is a strategic leader responsible for developing and driving overall program strategy for content initiatives across Meta platforms and products. This role requires deep expertise in content strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading large-scale programs, and the ability to influence and align teams at all levels. Responsibilities:Develop and lead strategies for content initiatives, providing guidance on project intake, design, and development.Write and iterate on systems prompts to evaluate and improve large-language model (LLM) outputs for specific product use cases. Requisition Intake Form EMEAOversee and guide the execution of multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and program strategy.Perform data exploration and analysis to produce actionable insights and reports for engineering, strategy, and product teams.Define emergent opportunities and support the team in executing in highly ambiguous areas; nimble support and flexibility is required.Design and implement scalable, adaptable processes, workflows, and content templates to support program growth and operational excellence.Maintain commitment to accuracy and consistency in content review, including guidelines and AI model evaluation.The expertise we are looking for:8 years of relevant experience in content strategy, program management, or related field working with engineering, design, and user research teams.1 years of advanced experience in AI/ML model content evaluation and advanced prompt engineering.Critical thinker with exceptional ability to translate data findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports.Ability to dive into and adopt evolving AI tools / solutions to improve overall productivity.Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.Experience with social media platforms, content discovery tools, or content strategy and AI development.Creative self-starter that can operate independently.Proficiency in Google Sheets and conducting data analysis.Prompt engineering - System prompting - Model evaluations - LLM - AI analyst - Candidates working in start-ups or freelancers would be at the forefront on this role.
