<p data-start="117" data-end="534">GRVTY is seeking a motivated and experienced imagery analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a skilled imagery analyst with a passion for process improvement, training, and technology. This role will drive modernization efforts by bridging the gap between analysis and operations through standardizing analytical processes, introducing new tools, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.</p>
<h3 data-section-id="m0cwuf" data-start="536" data-end="563">What You’ll Be Owning</h3>
<ul data-start="564" data-end="1016">
<li data-section-id="1b6kap6" data-start="564" data-end="688">Drive modernization efforts through the development and maintenance of tradecraft policies, SOPs, and training materials</li>
<li data-section-id="c8cf9i" data-start="689" data-end="813">Collaborate with imagery analysts and modernization specialists to identify and resolve workflow gaps and inefficiencies</li>
<li data-section-id="nxuyp0" data-start="814" data-end="846">Lead a Community of Practice</li>
<li data-section-id="pb8p65" data-start="847" data-end="897">Facilitate training and collaboration sessions</li>
<li data-section-id="12bi6o5" data-start="898" data-end="1016">Work directly with imagery analysts to identify and remedy gaps in tradecraft and standardize operating procedures</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-section-id="zf3g22" data-start="1018" data-end="1042">What You Must Have</h3>
<ul data-start="1043" data-end="2244">
<li data-section-id="1ad3xva" data-start="1043" data-end="1107">Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI/Poly</li>
<li data-section-id="1dmaqrb" data-start="1108" data-end="1260">8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree (a combination of experience, certifications, and training may be used in lieu of a degree)</li>
<li data-section-id="ac7x2c" data-start="1261" data-end="1322">Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques</li>
<li data-section-id="fiwrwm" data-start="1323" data-end="1436">Proven knowledge of identifying and extracting military order of battle equipment from multi-INT data sources</li>
<li data-section-id="s39iu5" data-start="1437" data-end="1559">Experience with analytic systems and tools such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, Intelink, SAFE, M3, Cedalion, IEC, or ArcGIS</li>
<li data-section-id="1shys4e" data-start="1560" data-end="1642">Experience with NTM sensors and capabilities, including tasking and collection</li>
<li data-section-id="hkbb46" data-start="1643" data-end="1719">Experience with national imagery archive ordering and storage procedures</li>
<li data-section-id="1ub3xot" data-start="1720" data-end="1779">Experience with quality control protocols and processes</li>
<li data-section-id="1hrjpff" data-start="1780" data-end="1877">Ability to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics</li>
<li data-section-id="1s9f7ee" data-start="1878" data-end="2014">Ability to collaborate with fellow imagery analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective analysis and collection approaches</li>
<li data-section-id="t2rlgm" data-start="2015" data-end="2063">Strong imagery analyst production background</li>
<li data-section-id="18fcf0c" data-start="2064" data-end="2125">Strong knowledge of standard and non-standard NGA reports</li>
<li data-section-id="b3mk66" data-start="2126" data-end="2199">Strong knowledge of manual and electronic light table functionalities</li>
<li data-section-id="ohfmtl" data-start="2200" data-end="2244">Completion of an Imagery Analysis Course</li>
</ul>
