About the Role
Owner’s project management firm is seeking multiple <b>Construction Quality Assurance Inspector</b> for Design and Construction Projects in the Greater D.C. Metro Area with significant experience Inspecting various Governmental projects with a value of $10 Million or more. The position may have responsibilities in Construction Stage, and Occupancy Stage. This position is client facing and would be the direct contact as an onsite Owners Representative with an emphasis on ensuring Schedule, Cost, Scope and contract compliance.<br />

The ideal candidate will have the following:
<ul>
<li>Background and experience in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management, and site inspection.</li>
<li>Experience on projects in which they have performed similar inspection duties, completed within the last six years. </li>
<li>Experience in: design, construction, miscellaneous tenant activities, negotiation, procurement, closeout, site and construction inspection support, and commissioning.</li>
<li>Ten (10) years of overall experience in this role or similar industry role.</li>
