About the role:
Justteachers is looking for a proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist setting in Milton Keynes. This full-time opportunity begins in September 2026 and will continue until February 2027. The successful candidate will support pupils displaying challenging behaviours and help create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support pupils with behaviour intervention plans</li>
<li>Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with students</li>
<li>Assist with de-escalation techniques</li>
<li>Monitor and record behaviour progress</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting behaviour in educational or care settings</li>
<li>Resilient and confident personality</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one</li>
<li>Two references within the last two years from a related field</li>
</ul>
