About the job Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer Manchester £55,000 - £65,000 DOE + Company Vehicle + Pension + Excellent Benefits We're looking for an experienced Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a leading building automation specialist delivering high-profile commercial, healthcare, education and industrial projects. This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll lead commissioning activities, mentor junior engineers and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard. The Role: Commission and optimise BMS systems across a variety of projects. Produce descriptions of operation, commissioning schedules and technical documentation. Carry out testing, fault finding, panel modifications and system validation. Lead commissioning activities and support project delivery from start to handover. Mentor and support junior engineers on site. Attend client meetings, carry out site surveys and provide technical support. Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience commissioning BMS systems. Experience with at least two of the following platforms: Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Siemens, Schneider or ALC. Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS control strategies. Electrically competent with excellent fault-finding and commissioning skills. Previous experience leading projects or mentoring engineers. Full UK Driving Licence.
