About the Role
What do we offer? What will you do? Depending on your knowledge and experience, we aim for you to eventually be able to run your own line and start up independently. Then you will become Operator 1; During the induction programme, you get to know the various colleagues, raw materials and machines well, so that you are well prepared; To continue your development, you will be given the opportunity to get to know and operate other lines as well;Solving minor malfunctions; If you are able to run and start up several lines, you will progress to Operator 2; Eventually, when you have mastered all processes, you will fulfil the role of cooperating foreman. What will you bring? Experience in the food sector as an operator;Available 16 - 38 hours; Willing to work 3-shifts as well;Knowledge of HACCP; Speaking the Dutch, English or German language; Flexibility from Monday to Sunday; Strong team player and willing to attend training courses.
