<p><strong>What Impact You'll Have</strong></p>
<p>GRVTY is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead and execute complex, high-value capture efforts across its Intelligence portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping, managing, and winning large-scale opportunities in support of Intelligence Community (IC) customers, with a particular focus on NGA, DIA, CIA, and NRO mission areas. The ideal candidate brings deep capture leadership experience, a proven record of success on $100M+ pursuits, and the ability to independently drive capture strategy from early shaping through award.</p>
<p>The Senior Capture Manager will work closely with Business Development, Solution Architecture, Program Management, and executive leadership to translate customer mission needs into differentiated, executable solutions and winning proposals.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end capture activities for complex, competitive opportunities valued at $100M+, from early shaping and customer engagement through proposal submission and award</li>
<li>Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies, including win themes, competitive assessments, teaming strategies, pricing approaches, and solution positioning</li>
<li>Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned captures, ensuring disciplined execution of GRVTY capture processes and milestone events</li>
<li>Engage directly with IC customers to understand mission needs, acquisition strategies, and technical drivers, and translate those insights into actionable capture plans</li>
<li>Build, manage, and lead cross-functional capture teams including technical leads, solution architects, pricing, contracts, and proposal staff</li>
<li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate teaming and partnership strategies to strengthen competitive positioning and address capability gaps</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with Solution Architects and technical leadership to shape compliant, differentiated, and executable technical solutions</li>
<li>Oversee development of capture artifacts including capture plans, customer call plans, competitive intelligence assessments, and proposal outlines</li>
<li>Support proposal development activities as required, including color team participation, executive reviews, and final proposal production</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely reporting of capture status, risks, and probability of win to senior leadership</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI security clearance</li>
<li>15+ years of direct capture management experience supporting Intelligence Community and/or Department of Defense customers</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading and winning complex capture efforts valued at $100M+</li>
<li>Proven ability to independently manage large, matrixed capture teams across business development, technical, pricing, contracts, and proposal functions</li>
<li>Deep understanding of IC acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and competitive dynamics</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into executable capture strategies</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage credibly with senior customer and industry stakeholders</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent captures under aggressive timelines</li>
<li>Bachelors degree in a relevant field</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What Would be Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience leading captures across multiple IC agencies and mission domains simultaneously</li>
<li>Prior success capturing work on large IDIQs, task orders, or enterprise-level contracts within the IC</li>
<li>Experience mentoring and developing junior capture managers or business development staff</li>
<li>Familiarity with emerging technology domains including GEOINT, space systems, AI/ML, and data analytics</li>
