Serving as a client liaison, this individual will ensure the productivity of project team members and vendors.</p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Proficient in K-12 and charter school projects, including compliance with OLSF guidelines for school construction.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Develop project timelines using software applications.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Skilled in utilizing AIA Contract Software and drafting AIA Subcontractor Agreements, managing AIA Contract Documents throughout project lifecycle.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Capable of identifying, addressing, and negotiating changes in project scope.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Coordinate and oversee construction project activities &#8211; from new projects to facility upgrades. Manage contracts, material procurement, and reporting.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Establish project scope, timelines, and cost estimates for renovations, build-outs, and new construction, with support from company estimators.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Manage ongoing projects and collaborate with the Estimating Department when needed.</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal"> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>BACKGROUND PROFILE </strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Minimum of 5 years in project management for school construction projects adhering to OSF guidelines.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Experience in Design Assist/Design Build is advantageous.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and analysis.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Proficient in RFIs and proposal development.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Previous exposure to negotiated work.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li> </ul>
