BIM Manager

A mid-sized architecture firm specializing in multifamily housing and mixed-use developments throughout the Mountain West. The firm is committed to design excellence and utilizes advanced BIM workflows to deliver complex projects efficiently and collaboratively.

The BIM Manager will oversee all BIM operations, establish and maintain office standards, provide training to staff, and coordinate BIM execution across multiple projects. This role requires technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the capacity to troubleshoot complex modeling challenges while supporting project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field 8-12 years of experience with Revit and BIM processes Expert knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Experience developing and implementing BIM standards Strong understanding of architectural documentation and workflows Excellent training and communication skills

• Familiarity with construction administration and coordination
