Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups. Providing support and guidance to families to promote healthy relationships and resilience. Documenting case notes and reports accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding caseload.
