On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Administrator for a 12 month contract based Winfrith, Dorset. Due to the office location the successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to own car. As a Administrator, your main responsibilities will be: Be the first point of contact for the Project office building. Arrange meetings, book rooms, organise refreshment and equipment for project / site meetings as and when necessary. Organise the diary of the Senior Project Manager Organise travel and accommodation for project team members as needed. Prepare agendas, take minutes at project meetings and distribute action plans as required. Act as the document control officer for the project. The role will include maintaining the document management system and archiving documents as necessary. Maintain stationery supplies. Raise purchase orders as required. Progress-chase purchase orders, dealing with supplier queries and queries from the project team. Receive and distribute deliveries of supplies and receipt orders as required. The post holder may be required to be a member of, and participate in, the Site Emergency Scheme subject to any fitness standards required. Provide support for administration requirements on other areas of the Winfrith Site as required. Ad hoc duties Essential: Experience of providing a wide range of administrative support activities i.e. Minute taking Good knowledge of IT systems and MS Office / Teams experience Good standard of written English. Ability to co-ordinate and manage a variety of activities at the same time with changing priorities. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be able to work closely with other members of a diverse team. Good organisation skills. Ability to learn quickly and work unsupervised. Ability to be able to work to deadlines.
